One Remote Play ("the App") is designed to help you use remote play features from your own devices. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, what we do not collect, and how you can contact us.
1. Local Device Processing
The App is designed to keep remote play activity on your device whenever possible. We do not record, upload, sell, or share your gameplay video, audio, screenshots, controller input, or remote play session content.
- Your remote play stream is used only to provide the remote play experience.
- Controller input is sent only as needed to operate the remote device or console you connect to.
- We do not access personal files stored on your device.
2. Information We May Collect
To provide and improve the App, we may process a limited amount of technical information:
Connection and App Settings
The App may store settings on your device, such as display preferences, controller configuration, paired device information, and connection history. This information is used to make the App work and is not used to identify you.
Diagnostics and Crash Reports
If diagnostics or crash reporting are enabled by your device, operating system, or app store, we may receive technical information such as app version, device model, operating system version, crash time, and error logs. These reports do not intentionally include remote play content.
Purchase or License Information
If the App offers paid features, purchases may be processed by the applicable app store, payment provider, or licensing service. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status or license status only as needed to unlock paid features.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on operating system services, app store services, payment services, or platform services needed for remote play, purchases, updates, analytics, or crash reporting. Those services process information according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data Retention
Settings stored locally remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Diagnostic, purchase, or license records, if any, are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the App, support users, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised policy on this page.
